Langford Lesson Information Page

Langford swimming pool looks after our swimmers who have moved up from one of our smaller pools having gained 100 meters plus. During their time at Langford, swimmers will develop their stamina, technique and skills following Le Mourier’s very own Advanced Swimmer Scheme from Bronze up to Honors (White Hat).
As with all our venues there are eccentricities which we need to be aware of to make the most of the time in the water. This page details most of them which you will come across from time to time at Langford and highlights specify dates for the diary
PARKING AT LANGFORD
The pool entrance is via the Northern carpark situated opposite JCG.
Both carparks at Langford are very busy, particularly on weekdays around 3:30pm. Please allow plenty of time before their lesson to find parking, we would adivse that the 4pm class do not turn up earlier than 3:40/45 to allow school traffic to disperse.
The Langford carparks require a Yellow Parking Disc to be displayed at All Times, this includes late sessions and at weekends.
Both Carparks are monitored by an external company taken on by Langford Sports Centre.
Where to go next
Once parked, in order to get to the changing rooms, come in the front door and then turn right.
Go through the next set of double doors and turn left, the changing rooms are the next two doors on the left.
Parents – to get to the viewing gallery please go through the door on the left as you enter through the main entrance.
No footwear is allowed to be worn through these doors, there is a shoe rack outside the door to place shoes in.
“Kids.Cloud” Portal
Following a very successful trial, our Langford and Haute Vallee swimmers will be included on our Kids.Cloud platform. On here you will be able to view and edit many areas of your son / daughters swimming sessions. Such as, Achievements / Term Dates / Session Confirmations as well as mark absences, just to name a few of the current functionalities!
When progressing up to Langford from one of our Smaller Venues, an account will be set up and an email sent to the parental contact. This email will contain a link to create a password and complete the profile set up.
This facility is continually being developed with new areas shortly due to be launched with some exciting updates on the horizon!

Le Mourier Advanced Swimmer Award Scheme
Coinciding with Le Mourier’s 45th Year Anniversary in 2025, our Langford + Dolphin Sessions will see the introduction of our new “Le Mourier Advanced Swimmer” Award scheme.
The two-part award scheme – designed by our very own senior instructors Max and Stuart – consists of two programs working alongside each other – the “Advanced Swimmer” and “Advanced Survival” award range – running from our Blue hat upwards to Honours (White) and includes a new Platinum Swimmer Award. Swimmers will work through both awards prior to being awarded their next Swim Hat.
These new programs look to focus in on Le Mourier’s core values of instilling water confidence (skills), water safety as well as a strong + solid swimming technique and will include the introduction of a number of additional themed weeks to our term plan (Available below), such as Aquatic Skills, Lifesaving / Survival alongside our normal Speed and Skills Week.
